jililuck Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jililuck platform available at jililuck.asia (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with jililuck's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jililuck reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jililuck may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) jililuck account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililuck login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jililuck immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jililuck will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): jililuck may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

jililuck reserves the right to suspend or close any account that fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on the jililuck Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jililuck supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash and Maya (PayMaya) — deposits reflect instantly; withdrawals typically process within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank — processed via InstaPay or PESONet rails.
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported local banks.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jililuck reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

jililuck is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages affecting GCash, Maya, or any Philippine banking institution.

jililuck offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are physically located in the Philippines.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All games available on the jililuck Platform — including live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jililuck uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of jililuck's operational systems and cannot be influenced by the Platform or its staff.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jililuck reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jililuck Platform or its underlying software.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jililuck Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.

jililuck's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute between you and jililuck, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jililuck's customer support team. jililuck will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. jililuck operates within the framework of Philippine gaming regulations and acknowledges the oversight role of PAGCOR in the Philippine online gaming sector.
